In 1977 Dave and Georgina Witt started Witco Inc and began machining components in a 5-car garage on a 40-acre farm in Avoca, Michigan. The principle was simple: quality parts, at a fair price, in a timely manner. Witco still operates at the same location with the same principle and has grown to a 50,000 sq. ft. facility providing Precision Machined Components and Assemblies to Global Clients with a diverse Industry base, including but not limited to: Aerospace, Defense, Mining, Transportation, Commercial and Industrial. 

In 2005, the Witt’s purchased Drive-All Manufacturing which manufactures Multi Speed Gearboxes. Witco supplies Drive-All with all the machined components that go into the Gearboxes and has grown into a Leader in the Transmission Industry. Visit and explore Drive-All by clicking the link below.

Sadly, Dave passed away in 2020, his presence is missed in she Shop as his humorous and colorful personality delighted all who knew him.  Georgina still plays a big role in Witco as the CEO and is an intrical part of Witco. Dave and Georgina’s oldest son Kevin is currently the President and continues to maintain the high standards established by Dave and Georgina.
